NEON VIOLENCE: SOPHISTICATED MONSTERS EVENT WAIVER

Event Date: 12-7-24
Location: Church of the Sparkling Unicorn

By completing this waiver, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms for participating in "NEON VIOLENCE: SOPHISTICATED MONSTERS" (hereafter referred to as "the Event"):

1. Photo Delivery

Photographers participating in the Event have up to 45 days to deliver photos to the models they worked with.

2. Interpersonal Interactions

Consent is Mandatory:
- No participant (model, photographer, or attendee) shall touch another person or their equipment without explicit informed consent and permission.
Neon Violence is not responsible for disputes between models, photographers, or other participants. Dispute resolution must occur between the involved parties.

3. Photo Rights and Usage

Models are guaranteed 10 edited photos from each photographer they work with during the Event.
Neon Violence shares non-exclusive rights to all images created during the Event. These images may be used (with credit to the model and photographer) for:
- Advertisements
- Social media
- Print materials
Posting Restriction:
- All models and photographers must refrain from posting any photo content created at the Event until:
  - The 45-day window has passed, OR
  - Neon Violence has explicitly communicated otherwise.
Neon Violence retains the right to use images created by Neon Demon or Porcelain Violence as needed.

4. Participant Conduct

All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or harmful by Neon Violence staff may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund.

5. Liability

Neon Violence is not responsible for:
- Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
- Any injuries that occur during the Event.
- Disputes or miscommunications between participants.
Participant Responsibility for Damages:
- Participants are responsible for any and all damage they cause to the venue, equipment, or other persons during the Event.

6. Acknowledgment of Risk

I acknowledge that participating in the Event involves certain risks. By signing this waiver, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the Event and release Neon Violence, its organizers, and affiliates from any liability.
